„Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Zentrale Lage in Medulin, trotzdem ruhig! Zentrum, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter!“

„Die Unterkunft stank stark nach Schimmel. Es waren keine Mückennetze angebracht. Dies führte dazu, dass wir während der Nacht die Fenster schließen mussten und den Schimmelgeruch aushalten mussten. Die Vermieter erklärten uns, dass der Muffelgeruch wegen der schlechten Baumaßnahmen des Nachbarn entstanden wären. Leider war unser Appartement auch durch einen Gang nach oben geteilt, so dass man um in das nächste Schlafzimmer gelangen zu wollen nach draußen musste. „First of all, we are satisfied with the service from atraveo and we will book next year again via Atraveo! The house however was clean, but very basically equipped. Only 6 pieces of every cuttlery (knifes,...). So if you need one of them for the cooking, you have to do the dishes in order to have enough for eating. The washing machine that should have been in the house wasn't there. The cooking equipment (pans) were worn out and full of scratches. Almost all of the bedsheets were torn or had holes in it. We could live with all these failure, but the hospitality of the housekeepers was a nightmare. No information has been given upon arrival and the only thing they did was constantly looking from behind the windows if someone wasn't doing a wrong move. They ware spying on the guests all day from behing their window that was located with view on the pool, or from there rooms on the first floor. According to the information, there was another apartment that could also be rented on the 2nd floor. In reality there were about 6 or 7 apartments and houses that were located on the surface. So the swimming pool wasn't really private as mentioned on the site. Again no problem for us as of course not all people are there at the same time and all of them respected the privacy of the others and people came and went when others arrived so that everyone had their privacy in the pool, except from the fact that the eyes from the owners are fixed on the people all day long. We didn't spend that much time in the swimming pool, we weren't there every day and when we used the pool, this was certainly not for more that half an hour. When the children were swimming in the afternoon and they were playing in the water, there was again the voice of the owners that we had to shut up when we were swimming. The children could use the swimming pool but they couldn't use toys in it and they had to be quiet. We paid them a surplus for the aircon, but when we went outside, even for a few minutes to the swimming-pool, we had to turn it off. We booked the apartment for 14 days and so after one week she asked us to change the towels for cleaning. We also removed the sheets from the bed, but it seemed that we shouldn't have done that. After all we had new bed sheets (with a bit more wholes in it). We are normally not that much demanding and are satisfied when everything is clean and neat, but this time we weren't satisfied at all about the people. And it is certainly not that we were overreacting on the way they treated their guests as all other guests were unsatisfied as 'grandma' as they called her. She was never there when they needed her, but always there to spy on the guests as if they would make a wrong move somewhere. They even accused the daughter of an extremely nice family from Bochum of destroying the shower, when they asked upon arrival if it could be fixed as the shower fell down when it was hung up. This daughter was an extremely nice and polite teenager (about 18 years old) and also she had the remark to be quiet when she was using the pool. Our balcony was located above the pool and we haven't heard this girl when she was in the pool during these 14 days. As we are satisfied with atraveo and we will book again via your services next year when we go to Croatia, we highly recomend you not to put this house (or any other one on the surface) on your side. And if you should keep it in your range, please certainly recommend people with children to look for an other location. „Saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung zu einem fairen Preis. Sehr zentrale Lage. Ca. 10 min. zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Sehr nettes Vermieter Ehepaar. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Bäcker und Gastronomie auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.“
