Holiday home with a private pool and ocean views ideal for three couples

This detached holiday home with a pool is located in Las Cabreras, in a quiet town on a hillside with views over the Atlantic Ocean. It is located at the heart of Lanzarote, only a few kilometres from Arrecife. The central location is ideal for exploring the island and avoiding the large touristy crowds.

The one level 100 m² house sits on an 800 m² property. There are three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The main house boasts two bed/bathrooms, the spacious living/dining/kitchen area and the guest house by the pool is home to the third bed and bathroom. The bedrooms are each furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm bed. Reading lamps and wardrobes are fitted in all bedrooms. All bathrooms boast a shower, a sink, a window and a toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa, two glider chairs and two comfortable armchairs, where you can relax. For your evening entertainment, there are a flat screen satellite TV and a stereo. Wi-Fi is available upon request. The open plan kitchen offers plenty of counter space, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer combo, a mini oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. You can either dine in or outside. The patio offers a covered, shaded dining area in front of the cacti garden. Apart from infrared radiators in the living room and the bedroom, a mobile gas heating unit will keep you warm on cool days.

The solar heated pool is great for cooling off on a hot day. You can even swim in the winter. Enjoy the two sun loungers by the pool during the day. Additionally, there is a fireplace. The low wall allows unobstructed views over the coastal town, all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. The property is protected from views. There are two parking spaces on the property.

Please note that due to the location, a car is mandatory.

Restaurants, shops and cafes are only about 3 km/15 minutes from the property. It is about 15km/15 minutes to the beach and the ocean. Activities abound! It is 8 km to Arrecife town centre. The distance to the airport is 16 km.

    “Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch das Vermieterehepaar. Wir durften ohne Aufpreis gleich nach unserer sehr frühen Landung ins Haus, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Dafür an dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank!
    Das Haus ist geräumig und blitzsauber, Die Terrasse(n) und der große Pool sind ein Traum.
    Um Pool- und Gartenpflege, sowie Wäschewechsel wird sich diskret gekümmert. Alles was man braucht zur Selbstversorgung ist vorhanden - lediglich eine neue Pfanne wäre mal fällig ;-)
    Insgesamt ein überragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das ich in dieser Form noch nicht erlebt habe. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!”

    “Perfect huis. Ruim, voorzien van alle gemakken. Schoon. Goede bedden. Rustige ligging met prachtig uitzicht op Arrecife en de zee. Mooi zwembed met veel ruimte er om heen. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep perfect.”
