The apartment is located on the second floor of a building located on a quiet street, 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighbourhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the centre of Can Picafort. It is also around 400 m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next there is a gym.

It is a functional apartment for 4/5 people. It has 2 double bedrooms with single beds, 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa-bed, satellite TV and DVD. Kitchen with utensils and appliances needed to help in the work during your stay, as well as the laundry. You also have a WiFi connection and an enclosed garage for bikes.

A balcony facing the street, and from which you peep the sea, is perfect for sunbathing, chatting, reading or take the air. In additional the building has a roof terrace for communal use, prepared as chill-out area. With sun loungers, pergola, shower, table, BBQ and toys for children you can enjoy relaxing hours during the day as also at night.

It is part of a set of 5 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups, while providing proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several. In general this accommodation is highly recommended for a fun-filled holidays with friends or family.

Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc. . and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move. From the village you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles cycling, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites), which is accessible along the coast, walking, cycling or horse riding. A bus line connects Can Picafort to Puerto Alcúdia, the Roman walled town of Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital.
