This renovated holiday home is located near Moscenicka Draga. It spreads over three floors with a gallery; on the lowest floor there is a separate studio apartment connected to the rest of the house with external communication. This beautiful holiday home with a few neighboring houses is secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can enjoy the silence, the unspoiled nature and a fantastic view of the blue sea. The partly paved road leads to the property, while the last approx. 80 m is a white road. The house is decorated functionally, respecting the traditional, autochthonous style. The gallery section has min. 40 cm height and is accessible through unfenced wooden stairs. From all floors you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. The most beautiful beaches in Kvarner are also nearby: Sipar in Moscenicka Draga and Medveja. There are many possibilities for active holiday too, such as biking, climbing, windsurfing, and do not miss out on some of the best Croatian restaurants.
