In winter: the free skibus to the ski areas Sölden, Gurgl and the family ski-area Hochoetz, cross-country ski tracks, toboggan run and myriad winter hiking trails can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The entire 1st floor, modern and brightly renovated with approx. 100 m² for exclusive use:
1 double room, 2 triple rooms (double bed & one single bed), 2 rooms with balcony, flat-screen TV; 3 bathrooms with make-up mirror and hairdryer (1 x bathtub/WC, 2 x shower/WC). An open-plan kitchen/living room with spacious dining area and flat-screen satellite TV, separate kitchen block with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, Nespresso & filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and access to the balcony.
