Located in a quiet garden of olive trees, from this farmhouse you can enjoy superb views over the valley till the hills and the Apennine mountains.
The villa has a wide porch and a big pool with hydromassage angle as well as a garden equipped with sofas, tables and chairs for eating outside. The property is entirely fenced and made of three independent apartments: Giuseppe, Luca and Alessandro, each one with its own private outdoor area.In Giuseppe you will find a living room, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a second twin bedroom with French beds (120 cm) in the mezzanine area, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with shower and bath. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a sofa.Luca is on the ground floor and it has a bright living room, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.Alessandro is perfect for a couple: here you will find a cute living room-kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.All the apartments have a Wi-Fi Internet connection. Shared facilities also include a laundry room with iron and ironing board. Pool open fron May to September.
Thanks to the position of this villa you can easily reach most of the interesting towns to visit in the area and you can enjoy local delicacies. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. In about 20 minutes, you can reach the Adriatic Sea in Fano, where you will find both free and equipped sand beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, playgrounds, bars and restaurants. Towns such as Cagli and Urbino are just 15 km away.
