Holiday home with wonderful view and biliard

The standig individually holiday home is modern and functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility and fire place. Cooler for drinks. Each bedroom has a bathroom. For grilling portable grill is available.

Abertamy - Hrebečná, 850 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 7000 sqm, open garden plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Bed linen please order with booking. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 250 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

    “Das Ferienhaus hat uns super gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und die Zimmer waren alle ordentlich und sauber. Besonders einladend ist der große Aufenthaltsraum, vor allem mit dem Billardtisch. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, mit riesengroßem Garten, angrenzendem Bach und Blick auf den nahe gelegenen Wald. Für große Gruppen und Familien mit Kindern sehr ansprechend und abenteuerlich.”

    “Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und auch für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Es bietet große Räume, die schlechtes Wetter überbrücken helfen, und gute Küchenbedingungen. Die Abwicklung war freundlich und unbürokratisch.”

    “Wir hatten das Haus Anfang Juni 2010 als Gruppe von 7 Motorradfahrern angemietet. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Räume waren frisch renoviert oder fertiggestellt und sehr sauber. Das Inventar war vollzählig. Es gab sogar einen eigenen großen Getränkekühlschrank. Da wir leider schlechtes Wetter hatten, haben wir uns auch sehr über den eigenen Trockenraum gefreut.
    Das große Wohnzimmer mit dem Billardtisch war für uns ein echter Segen. Da lässt sich auch mal eine "Schlechtwetterzeit" überbrücken. Nachbessern sollte der Vermieter beim TV-Empfang. Ca. 7 deutschsprachige öffentlich rechtliche Programme werden offensichtlich über eine DVB-T-Anlage empfangen, die bei schlechtem Wetter komplett ausfällt. Eine SAT-Anlage wäre deutlich besser (Gilt für die Mieter, die Wert darauf legen).
    Übernahme und Übergabe waren reibungslos verlaufen. Das verbrauchte Gas wurde nach Zählerstand abgerechnet und das war's.
    Sehr positiv war auch, dass ein sehr gut Deutsch sprechendes Familienmitglied der Vermieter bei der Übernahme dabei war und so alle Fragen problemlos beantwortet werden konnten. Dieser nette Herr hat auch seine Mobilfunknummer hinterlassen.
    Außenanlagen sind momentan nicht vorhanden, so dass der Garten eigentlich nicht nutzbar ist. Wie wir sehen konnten, sind die Arbeiten dazu aber im Gange.
    Unter diesen Bedingungen würden wir das Haus sofort wieder anmieten.”
