In the idyllic district Bettenried in Ofterschwang you have three new apartments with modern, comfortable facilities.

All apartments, each about 65 m² are located in a newly built family house. A central ventilation system, breathable clay plaster and underfloor heating ensure the best indoor climate.

Both apartments have an open plan living / dining / kitchen area, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher). The couch in the living room is extendable and suitable for 2 more people. Sat-TV and W-LAN available.

The apartment Rotspitze on the ground floor has a terrace with about 22 m², the apartment Nebelhorn on the 1st floor a balcony with about 11 m², the duplex apartment Rosskopf on the 1st floor has a roof terrace with about 15 m² and a Infraredsauna.
