This vacation apartment and three apartments are located on the first floor and upper floor of a separate vacation apartment in the courtyard of a seaside villa, only approx. 200 m from the Ahlbeck pier and the Baltic Sea beach. Stores and restaurants are within a few hundred meters. In the outdoor area there is a small covered seating area, a barbecue, two beach chairs for shared use as well as a bicycle storage room and a parking lot (from 2024 for a fee of 3.00 EUR/day). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. As the Ostseebad Ahlbeck is a spa/recreation resort, a visitor's tax is charged on site.
The small apartment (approx. 20 sqm for 2 persons) is located on the first floor of the vacation home. It is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double bed, closet, sitting area, TV and radio), a kitchenette with pantry kitchen, shower/WC, central heating and a furnished outdoor sitting area.
The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. In the villages there are bicycle, boat and beach chair rentals, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern fun pool, the „Ostseetherme“, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
