Finca Bellpuig is located just a few kilometres from the pretty town of Artà in the gently undulating landscape of Mallorca's east. Its spacious pool area faces south-east. You are therefore guaranteed pleasant morning light and long hours of sunshine. A shallow, 10 x 4 metre pool with steps and a pleasantly accessible sun terrace with loungers and an elegant daybed await you. The large, covered terrace by the house overlooks the pool and is equipped with cosy seating and a shaded outdoor dining area. The driveway is on the other side of the house and leads to an open car park for two cars. Flanking the entrance area on this side is another shaded terrace.
The ground-floor living area impresses with its original architecture and sophisticated room layout. The open-plan living/dining area forms the centre between two symmetrically sized wings. The cosy ambience is defined by a high ceiling, a high natural stone wall, plenty of natural daylight and tasteful furnishings. Separate from the living area and equipped to a high standard, the modern, spacious kitchen is located in one of the wings. Each wing houses two generously proportioned double bedrooms with high sloping ceilings and a bathroom. There is also a garage in one wing. The finca has stable WiFi, good mobile phone reception and is ideal for working from home. Finca Bellpuig is located around 150 metres from the Ma-15 country road, so driving noise is audible here and there. At the same time, the good connections make spontaneous trips to the beach and shopping trips possible.
