These small but beautiful holiday homes are located in the holiday home village of Friedrichskoog-Spitze, just a few metres from the North Sea between the dyke and meadows. Designed in a Scandinavian style, the bright wooden houses invite you to spend cosy and relaxing hours on your own terrace or in the living area with its modern bio-ethanol fireplace.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter off-season, when the North Sea can be particularly exciting and there is a very special atmosphere on the dyke.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is ideal for cosy cooking sessions with your loved ones. Your own terrace invites you to enjoy long sunbaths, barbecues or an extended breakfast with fragrant bread rolls.

The holiday homes are located next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can also quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.

There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.

***As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.

Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. However, the popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will not be possible again until April 2025.

The spa gardens will also be remodelled and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.

This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive, even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.***

    “Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses Nr. 633, hat uns im Ganzen gesehen, ganz gut gefallen!
    Vielleicht könnte man mit einem Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse und einen Wasserschlauch, und ein Liste für gemeldete Altschäden, die Ausstattung des Hauses etwas optimieren!
    Die Lage des Hauses war okay, sehr nahe am Deich und am Wasser.
    Verschiedene Einkaufmöglichkeiten, waren bequem mit einem kleinen Spaziergang zu erreichen!
    Das Ferienhaus, ist zumindest für Laien wie uns, in einem guten Zustand!
    Die Sauberkeit der Räume und der Nasszelle, sind wirklich topp gewesen!
    Das Inventar konnte mit den Räumen und der Nasszelle leider nicht mithalten!
    3 von 4 Matratzen waren durchgelegen, die Ablage für Flaschen im Kühlschrank war eingerissen, die Schlafcouch war übersäht mit kleinen bis sehr großen Flecken, sitzen konnte man nur mit untergelegten Handtüchern, das Gestühl im Innenraum, war ebenso mit Flecken verunreinigt!
    An der uns zur Verfügung gestellten WC-Bürste, konnte man nicht nur erahnen, wozu unsere Vorgänger diese benutzten!
    Einige Blutflecke an den Paneelen der Verkleidung und Schmiere an den Vorhang der Terrassentür.
    Ein kleiner Teppich, der unter dem Tisch liegen sollte, fehlte, genauso wie zwei Glaskannen!
    Das große Gemüsebrett, wurde schmutzig in die Schublade verstaut, den Geruch des Brettes, möchte ich nicht weiter dividieren.
    Im großem und Ganzen, war es für uns aber soweit okay,
    Der Preis inkl. einer Endreinigung von 555€ gehen abgesehen von den Mängeln in Ordnung!
    Trotz allem, würden wir uns jederzeit ein neues Objekt anmieten wollen!”

    “Sehr schönes kleines und modernes Häuschen, ideal für 2 Personen plus 1 Kind oder auch Hundebesitzer. Darüber hinaus wird es eng, vor allem im Essbereich, auch ist der Flur sehr eng. Leider mussten wir 2 Tage früher nach Hause weil wir keinen Schlaf fanden. Die Matrazen waren zu weich und/oder durchgelegen sodass ich vom ersten Tag an auf dem Sofa schlafen musste.”
