This solid vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment complex Gollwitz in one of the most beautiful places on the Baltic Sea. In the dreamy Gollwitz on Poel, which is also called the southernmost island of Scandinavia and is connected to the mainland by a causeway, the apartment awaits you about 200 m from the beach.

Although the apartment has an unusual layout, it is still well suited for your vacation stay. The spacious living area, which awaits you partly in the style of a winter garden as well as with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable corner sofa bed for two people, merges into the full kitchen with ceramic hob. Through the kitchen you have access to the one bathroom, which is also accessible from bedroom 2. The second bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub and separate toilet is also accessible through a second outside entrance with hallway, in addition to bedroom 3.

All doors and switches in the interior are barrier-free and in front of your apartment is also a barrier-free parking space.

Gollwitz is considered an insider tip of the island because of its hidden location and its very good water quality. And due to offshore sandbanks, the beach here is particularly child-friendly. If you travel with your four-legged friend or book a pet-friendly vacation home in the resort, you can look forward to a dog beach nearby.

Wonderful walks, island explorations by bike or day trips to Wismar, Rostock or Schwerin are just a few suggestions for leisure activities. There is a children's playground in the complex as well as a children's playroom with table tennis, foosball and toddler play corner, and outside there is a shared lawn for sunbathing. For a fee you can use the common laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
