Holiday house in quiet nature, with three apartments and a big garden

The detached holiday house is in the western part of Pellworm, near the Old Church (2km) and the Hoog ferry (2km). The whole house was fully renovated in winter 2013 and is quietly situated amidst nature. A 250-metre-long path leads straight from the road to the house, which is on a wharf.

The house offers three holiday apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Each apartment has its own entrances and terraces. There are car parking spaces right by the house. There is a garden shed in the garden with table football and seating. You can enjoy a wonderful view over Pellworm from there.

It is 3km to the nearest supermarket and 2km to the nearest restaurant. You can access the seaside and go swimming near the ferry harbour, about 2km away. There is a swimming pool about 7km away.

Holiday apartment for 5 people, with a private terrace and a conservatory

The apartment is on the ground floor and measures around 80m². It is light and fully furnished. The living room has a comfortable sofa suite, a TV and a DVD player, as well as a fireplace. There is an adjoining reading room with a sofa bed for one person, with plenty of books, DVDs and games. The kitchen is large and light, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, freezer compartment, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining corner. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), another with two single beds 90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The bathroom provides a shower, a bath, a washing machine and under-floor heating. Free wireless Internet access is available. The conservatory section is on the south side of the house, with access from the terrace. The conservatory has a sofa corner and you can look out over the garden. The terrace is right by the apartment and provides garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill. The site is very extensive and invites you to play or relax under the apple tree. A travel bed/child’s bed can be provided, as well as a highchair and a changing table. Dogs are welcome.
