Holiday house with a garden and terrace, just 8km from the beach, with a complete set of baby equipment

The holiday house is in Arces-sur-Gironde, a quiet little village 4km from the sea and about 8km from the nearest beaches.

The terraced house of around 66m² is suitable for six people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed measuring 140 x 190cm and a TV with a remote, a living room with a sofa bed for two further people and satellite TV, a stereo system and a safe, as well as an open kitchen with a dining space and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a storage cupboard, gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The separate laundry room has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All the rooms have electric radiators. Wireless Internet access is available.

Outside there is a garden with a terrace, a grill, garden furniture, a parasol and deckchairs. There are also bicycle and car parking spaces on site.

The owner can provide a complete set of baby equipment, comprising a pram, cot with mattress, baby bath, bottle warmer, changing table and highchair.

Apart from swimming and water sports at the beaches about 8km away, the area also offers a range of other leisure activities and sights. In the Royan region you can visit the La Palmyre zoo or the big aquarium at La Rochelle, as well as the beautiful historical town of Royan, the Fâ excavations, the Gallo-Roman town of Saintes and many other places. For sporty holiday-makers, the nearest golf course is about 20km away and there are hiking and cycling trails. The nearest shops are about 4km away and the nearest restaurant only about 300 metres.
