Pleasant Holiday Apartment in Frohnhofen with Comfortable Garden

This is a cosy holiday apartment with a balcony in a detached residential house. It is quietly situated in a tranquil community in a side valley of the Ahr, in the midst of the Eifel, fully surrounded by forests for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has a balcony with comfortable garden furniture, inviting you to sit and relax outdoors. Right next to the house there are free parking spaces.

The 60m² apartment on the first floor comprises a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with access to the balcony, a separate kitchen-diner and a shower room. The walls and ceilings are largely clad with wooden panels and there are some sloped ceilings, exuding a cosy atmosphere. The parents’ bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200cm), promising a good night’s sleep, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. There is a wardrobe for storing your luggage. The hallway leads to the child’s room, with a cupboard and a comfortable single bed (90 x 200cm) will make your child feel at home. Diagonally opposite there is the bathroom with a WC and a shower cubicle. The cosily furnished living room with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs invites you to relax after a day trip, with satellite TV providing entertainment in the evening. This room opens onto the balcony. The kitchen invites you to cook together, equipped with a four-ring hob and oven, fridge, kettle and coffee machine for a good start to the day. The sitting corner with a corner bench and chairs adjoins the open kitchen. You can sit and enjoy meals here, or exciting games evenings.

A country restaurant with homemade cuisine awaits your visit 130 metres away. There are other cafés, restaurants and bakeries in the localities within about 5km.

    “Ruim, netjes. Geen/nauwelijks internet geen telefoon bereik, beperkt TV. Honderd meter buiten het dorp (heuveltje op) wel bereik:) Goede bedden. Voldoende keuken apparatuur en gereedschap om te kunnen koken”
