Holiday home with panoramic view
The holiday home, built in 2003 and renovated in 2016 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility and fire place.

Vicchio, 485 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot and forest plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a field or forest path (rubble or gravel, length 120 m). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 3 cars) in the carport and on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,40 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the end of April to the end of September.
