Cozy cottage in Björkenäs outside Jämjö on the Blekinge coast, only 300 m from the sandy beach where you can both swim and fish. There are pigs and chickens on the farm grounds, so you can buy fresh eggs here regularly. Children may also dare a ride on the tractor.
About 3 km from the cottage is the lake Færesjön with a child-friendly beach and sandy bottom.
In the Blekinge archipelago there are many islands that you can explore. Some you can explore by bike and others you can only reach by boat. Either rent a boat or cross over on one of the small ferries that leave from most places along the coast. Along the coast there are also several fish smokehouses where you can buy and enjoy delicious specialties, for example in Kristianopel. The location of the cottage near Karlskrona allows you to organize trips to Kalmar, Öland and Glasriket. Barnens Gård, Marin Museum in Karlskrona or seal safari with Olsängs Sälsafari are other nice trips.
Two steps between hallway and family room. Bedroom 2 is also passage room. Nearby sheep graze.
