A wonderful place to stay , suitable for families

The villa is situated in the village of Agios Dimitrios, with direct access to the city of Rethymno 10km away and 2km from the central axis that runs along the north coast and connects the cities of Heraklion and Chania.

It is built in its own plot of 600 sq.m.Outside there is a 85m² private garage, garden with grass and flowers , 36 m² swimming pool unbeds-umbrellas in slabs and lawn and outdoor shower ,dining area and fully equipped barbecue. In addition there is a 80m² terrace to enjoy moments of relaxation

This house is 140 m² with a 85 m² basement with a two car garage.
It consists of the ground floor with a living room,a sitting room, a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two large patios with wonderful view.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (two with double bed and one twin beds) with large closets, large bathroom with a washing machine and large terraces with breathtaking view in plain olive trees, the Cretan mountains and the Cretan Sea.

Villa is located in a small traditional village called "Agios Dimitrios" , just 10 kilometers away from Rethymno on the road to the Monastery of Arkadi and 2 km from the central axis running through the northern Crete and joins the cities of Heraklion and Chania. Villa is ideally located in the center of the island , allowing easy access allover Crete.
Rethymno offers all types of activities ranging from sports , shopping, entertainment .
The Villa is only 2km from the beach, it offers the the best relaxation .
Situated 300 meters from the house there is the Pigi village, where you will find a bakery, pharmacy, mini market, vegetables, butcher, grill-restaurant and cafes. It will take only 5 minutes to get there on foot.
In addition five kilometers away from the villa there is Platanias. In this village there are many restaurants, supermarkets, many hotels and tavernas and nightlife.

The villa has a Wi-FI connection regardless where you are in the villa.
The cleaning of the house and change the sheets included in the price.
Upon arrival you will find as a welcoming present some initial supplies in a basket and in the fridge, in order to make your first days easier. Also, you will find olive oil from our production, local wine and 'raki'
It can accommodate up to 6 people and offers all the amenities and services to make your stay comfortable. Moreover, it can accommodate a small child, as there is a suitable appliances for safe and comfortable stay.

    “Das Haus ist kein Schnäppchen, aber sein Geld wert. Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieter, alles für ein erstes Abendessen und Frühstück beigestellt. Geniale Aussicht, viele Sitzgelegenheiten in Sonne und Schatten, sehr privat (nur die Nachbarn oben könnten in den Garten sehen, wenn sie denn wollten). Gutes Internet. Negativ: Öltank in der Garage stinkt nach Heizöl, bei geschlossenen Türen aber nicht wahrnehmbar.”

    “Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben genau das vorgefunden, was wir in der TUI-Beschreibung und den eingestellten Bildern als Info vorab bekommen haben.

    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sprechen zwar kein deutsch, aber englisch. Per Email haben sie uns eine detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung übersandt.. An unserem Anreisetag war der Kühlschrank schon mit dem Notwendigsten für den ersten Tag gefüllt, die Hauseigentümerin hatte für uns sogar ein griechisches Mittagessen gekocht, Die Hausübergabe war problemlos. Die Eigentümer wohnen außerhalb, kamen einmal in der Woche und haben eine gründliche Haus- und Poolreinigung durchgeführt..”
