Large modern house with private pool and beautiful views, in the southern Ardèche, with large fenced plot, in the heart of the beautiful region of the 7 lakes and the magnificent Gorges de l'Ardèche. 10 km from Balazuc, a small medieval village with character, considered one of the "most beautiful villages in France", as well as Voguë, 7 km away with its castle, its medieval houses, its alleys, as well as its majestic rocks overlooking the river. There are many canoe or kayak rentals and you can take beautiful refreshing walks along the sandy and pebbly beaches.
This large vacation home, planted with olive trees and with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, is built on a 1250 m² fenced plot and offers a beautiful and large private pool with no view and large sun terraces, ideal for your outdoor lunches around the barbecue and for your outdoor dinners. The spacious and bright interior is very welcoming and comfortable and consists of two independent and identical apartments, each consisting of a living room, kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. All are tastefully decorated in a contemporary style.
Fifteen minutes away is Aubenas, a cultural capital with a prestigious past. The pedestrian area is full of architectural and historical sites and a magnificent listed thirteenth-century castle. Don't miss the thermal spa of Vals-les-Bains, 15 km away. For evening entertainment, casino, theater and cinema will enliven your evenings, as well as night markets where local products are on display: the famous chestnut cream, candied chestnuts, tasty traditional sausage, delicious cheese goats and beers with chestnuts, nougat or blueberries.
In the town of Thueyts, the Devil's Bridge is a must for your discovery of the Ardèche: an unforgettable seaside resort in a wild and volcanic environment. The charming village of Antraigues, an authentic village where art and nature merge, also deserves a detour.
