Appartamento familiare con ampia terrazza e vista panoramica, all'interno una pineta verde di 3.000 mq Appartamento situato al primo piano, misura 90 mq e può ospitare fino a sette persone. L'appartamento fa parte di una villa bifamiliare a due piani. Inserito nella zona tra le più prestigiose di Bardonecchia, ai bordi della sua famosa Pineta. La villa, peculiare per la forma del suo tetto, rappresenta la tipica dimora di montagna.

Gode di un'ampia terrazza di circa 50 mq rivolta ad Est-SudEst. Dal terrazzo si gode la vista del Monte Jafferau e della Valle che porta a Rochemolle. La villa è inserita all'interno di un supercondominio di tre fabbricati con all'interno una pineta verde di 3.000 mq.

Bardonecchia, definita la Perla delle Alpi, si trova al centro dell'incrocio di quattro valli. - La famosa valle stretta, in territorio francese, ci conduce al Monte Tabor. - La valle di rochemolle ci conduce fra laghi e altopiani all'ormai esaurito ghiacciaio del Monte Sommellier. - La valle del Frejus, famoso per la costruzione di uno dei più antichi e lunghi tunnel ferroviari alpini. - La val di Rho. Tutte queste valli sono attraversate dai loro torrenti che si congiungono proprio su Bardonecchia. Inoltre Bardonecchia fa da stazione di partenza per una fitta ragnatela di sentieri montanbi e vecchie strade militari.
