Chalet Drei Brüder

The holiday home "Drei Brüder" is located in a wonderful sunny, quiet location and offers a living space of approx. 90 m² spread over 2 levels. The house has a balcony and a garden terrace with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The house is perfect for one to two families. (6 adults + 2 children)The nearest ski resorts are the Schmitten in Zell am See, the Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel in Kaprun, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Dienten Hochkönigs Winterreich and Rauris and the Gasteinertal. In immediate vicinity of the house start numerous hiking opportunities such as the Hundstein, the Three Brothers or the Imbachhorn. The highest mountain in Austria, the Grossglockner and the Großglockner High Alpine Road are also nearby. The town of Zell am See can be easily reached by car in 10 minutes, there are numerous restaurants and shops.

    “Mit einer 7-köpfigen Familie absolut okay - für gemischte Gruppen eher nicht geeignet, da auch nur ein Bad/Toilette vorhanden. Positiv: Großes Wohnzimmer und Terasse (aber keine Abgrenzung zum Nachbarn) Negativ: 3.Zimmer mit Etagenbett ist eher ein Schrank. Keine Ausgabe von Gästekarten, obwohl Kurtaxe bezahlt wurde - somit wurde auch nirgendwo Ermäßigung gewährt. Trotz Nachfrage, keine Erklärung durch die Agentur. Abreise war laut Info für 10:00 vorgesehen, Reinigungstrupp stand schon kurz nach 9:00 vor der Tür und wartete dort, bis wir das Haus verlassen haben. Obwohl in Österreich üblich, war keine Mülltrennung erwünscht, da - auf Nachfrage - 'das Urlauber üblicherweise nicht machen'.”

    “Herzlichen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer Unterkunft. Es freut uns zu hören, dass Sie eine sehr schöne Zeit bei uns hatten. Die Gästekarte können Gäste jederzeit beim Tourismusverband oder bei uns im Büro während der üblichen Öffnungszeiten abholen. Aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes werden diese ausschließlich auf Nachfrage ausgegeben.”
