Our certified 2-room apartment (60 sq.m) is situated in a very quit district of Freiburg, Betzenhausen, just steps away from the lake, great for swimming, pedal boating and sunbathing in summer. It offers gardens, cafes and various sports facilities, eg walking and biking trails, adventure playground, mini golf, gym, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, etc.. The town center of Freiburg is 8 minutes away by public transport, which stops near-by, or by foot in about 15 min. The university, the university hospital and the exhibition are also easily accesible by public transport and by car. There are banks, supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, doctors, drug stores, internet cafe and many restaurants near-by. The spacious and bright apartment is new and very modern equipped. It has a comfortable living room with an extendable pull-out sofa bed (1.60m), TV satellite, telephone and internet access, a cozy dining area and access to a large sunny balcony. The seperate bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table, and a separate access to the balcony.The newly renovated bathroom has a large bathtub and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, and a cozy dining area.
