The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. Washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is a dining table in the living room in addition to a comfortable seating area and a single bed (80x200cm). Cable TV, Radio, CD/DVD player and private Wifi(optional). The sunny furnished balcony with a large awning is the perfect place to relax. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), an antique mirror cabinet and a chair with reading lamp, thus offering a cozy retreat separate from the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, spacious shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, and washing machine. The apartment is 64 m² large, centrally heated, and faces westward to the courtyard, i.e. it is quiet despite its close proximity to the city and train station. It is a NON-SMOKING apartment.
