Station, University, university library, cafeteria, theater, cinema, pedestrian area, the Dreisam for jogging, mountain bike trails, bars and restaurants.

TV, W-LAN, two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a large balcony with a great view. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. Fully equipped with a sofa, a small dining table, a mini kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, breakfast dishes. No dish washing possible, only in the bathroom. 2 bedrooms with double beds and closets. Baby cot, high chair, etc. available on request.
