position: 7551 Ftan-Grond, at the end of the village. grocery, post and busstation in five minutes walking, skiing for children and ski-school just in front of the appartement 2 minutes walk, loipestart as well. the station for going up in the mountains for skiing in 500 m with parking. You can have skis and all you need for in about 5 minutes walk.
Our house has 5 appartements, in the regional stile, and a carport in the house..

    “Sehr schöner Ort, um eine schöne Zeit in dieser wundervollen Umgebung zu verbringen. Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort
    Die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen und geräumigem Wohn-Ess-Bereich
    Es hat alles was es braucht, die Einrichtung/Ausstattung hat auch etwas persönliches, ist nicht nur pragmatisches Ferienwohnungs-Inventar.
    Der Blick vom E-Piano üer das Tal :-) Restaurant: Hotel Restaurant Bellavista - Feine Pizza und mehr mit tollem Blick und freundlichem Service Ausflüge: Wanderung Prui - auch mit Kindern gut machbar: der Aufstieg zur Bergstation Prui, wo man im Bergrestaurant in schöner Umgebung verweilen kann”

    “Eine Superwohnung worin man sich sehr wohl fühlt. jederzeit zu empfehlen. Positiv: Die Lage ist hervorragend und eignet sich sehr gut für Ferien mit seinem Hund. Negativ: Die Treppe in den oberen Stock ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mit Kindern ab 8 Jahre kein Problem,
    für jüngere und Kleinkinder dagegen schon.”

    “Empfehlenswert! Positiv: Alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht! Und das was noch zusätzlich da ist, war auch sehr angenehm. Negativ: - Vom Geschirr dürfte gerne die doppelte Menge vorhanden sein damit die Spülmaschine effizienter genutzt werden kann.
    - die Matratzen (für uns zu hart)”
