A modern and lovingly furnished holiday flat awaits you here. From the large covered south-facing balcony (24 m2, with large dining table & deckchairs) you can enjoy an unobstructed, magnificent panoramic view of the picturesque village of "Scuol-Sot" and the Lower Engadine mountains.

This holiday flat is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths. The connection to the local bus, which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway, is also just a few minutes' walk away.

The holiday flat Chasa Miramunt 7 has a large and bright living room with a glazed south-facing front. Usable Swedish stove. State-of-the-art kitchen with dishwasher and combi-steamer. Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom with box-spring bed. Bathroom with bathtub, rain shower, WC and washbasin (with its own combined washing machine/ tumble dryer). Electric sun blinds in all rooms + electric sun awning. Free WLAN - NEW: FTTH fibre optic connection, reserved garage space and much more.

There is a storage room for skis and other winter/summer sports equipment.

The prices include :

    “Haben einen herrlichen Urlaub in Scuol verbracht, werden sicher wieder kommen. Positiv: Zentrale Lage, moderne sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten. Negativ: Haben nichts zu bemängeln.”

    “The balcony is large and faces the lower town, the church and the mountains. Spectacular. Positiv: Excellent location on Stradun, very near the Coop and bus stops. Building faces away from street, so very quiet.
    Wonderful apartment, spacious, quality fittings, kitchen with every gadget, comfortable bed, everything was fantastic.”

    “wenn man(n), (Frau) nicht explizit den Bündnerstil sucht, ist diese sehr moderne und neue FW genau das Richtige, ansonsten.... Positiv: Sauber, modern, ruhig, auch wenn im Zentrum von Scoul gelegen. Bei Sonnenschein Aufenthalt auf der grossen Terrasse mit Suuuperaussicht!!!, Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn, winter - Für UNS würde jede Jahreszeit für einen Aufenthalt stimmen!”

    “Beautiful appartment with a picture postcard view of the mountains. Positiv: The appartment is very bright and modern. Negativ: The owner was VERY kind and helpful but all the instructions are in German. I did not know what to do with the trash when I left, nor whether I was supposed to remove the sheets.I didn't have time to ask on that last day. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market, tourist office - Very well situated. Near the shops and the baths.”
