A tasteful and modern holiday flat awaits you here in a very quiet and sunny residential area on the eastern edge of the village of Scuol.
From the south-facing balcony (approx. 14 m2) you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. Only approx. 200m to the local/ski bus stop and approx. 15 minutes walk to the centre of Scuol. The cross-country ski trail also starts in the immediate vicinity.

The Sotsass A1 holiday flat has a bright living room with open fireplace and access to the south-facing balcony. Visually separate dining area with hatch to the kitchen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave + combi steamer. Parents' room with double bed (1.60m) with direct access to the en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, rain shower & toilet. Children's room with single bed (can be converted into a double bed) + bunk bed. Separate bathroom with double washbasin, rain shower and toilet. Reserved garage box. Nespresso coffee machine, free WLAN and much more.

    “Positiv: Sonnenbalkon, praktische, schöne Einrichtung, gut ausgerüstete Küche, viel Stauraum Negativ: Direkt über den Garagen, An-/Abfahrt wurde gehört, falls bei der Fassadensanierung die Garagentore neu gemacht werden, sollte diese sehr leise sein. Auffahrt war sehr eisig und somit rutschig”
