A luxurious, beautiful terrace flat in a sunny and central residential location awaits you here. From the huge - partly covered - south-facing terrace (41 m2) you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains.

The valley station of the Motta Naluns cable car and the village centre, where the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths are located, are just a 7-minute walk away.

The La Perla A2 holiday flat has an ultra-modern and very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Spacious bathroom with rain shower, WC, washbasin. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Flat screen TV and free WLAN are available to guests. The flat has a lockable bike/ski compartment next to the reserved garage space in the car park.

    “Ideale Wohnung für zwei Personen, die gerne stillvoll wohnen und ruhige Wohnlage mit schöner Aussicht schätzen. Positiv: Alles war vorhanden für den täglichen Gebrauch. Wohnung ruhig gelegen, stillvoll eingerichtet.
    Lage ideal, wenn man auf öV angewiesen ist.
    Bei Bedarf freundliche Unterstützung durch Vermieter AFIDA.”

    “Sehr empfehlenswert! Positiv: Exzellente Ausrüstung der Wohnung - es fehlt an nichts! Terrasse sensationell, guter Grundriss der Wohnung, der einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Negativ: Matratzen sollten ausgetauscht werden => zuwenig Stütze und vertikale Auflage zu gering.”

    “Die Betreuung durch Frau Lauber und Frau Schweizer war exzellent. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau dem ausgeschriebenen Objekt. Negativ: Man sollte die Wohnung zu zweit mieten. In der Zwischensaison kann es vorkommen, dass keine anderen Mieter in der Siedlung sind.

    Die Strasse zum Dorf, resp. zum COOP ist relativ steil. Mieter mit einem Auto sind im Vorteil beim Einkaufen.”
