Our house is allocated in the old city center of Klagenfurt, Alter Platz 9 (Old Place 9).
As the Alte Platz is a pedestrian zone, there is no traffic between 10:00 - 18:00 and you can enjoy silence.

Here we offer 3 apartments with 26qm, 31qm and 63qm and a loft with 65qm, situated in a romantic arcade in a historical and very quiet courtyard.

We also offer to our guests a holiday flat with 74qm, located in the same house in the first floor with a view to the Alter Platz.

Both apartments (26qm + 31qm) consist of a small hall way, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
In the kitchenette you can find basic appliances and basic kitchen utensils.

The apartments are situated in a romantic arcade in the pedestrian zone of the old city centre, a very quiet area.
