Passing the kitchen, you enter the spacious bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. The living room and a bedroom are located on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another closed bedroom and a room with bunk beds and access to the roof terrace, which can also be reached from outside. Most of the rooms have wooden floorboards, yet this property also features wonderful chequerboard tiles for contrasting elegance in the entrance hall and large stone surfaces in the modern bathroom. This house offers you a homely and cosy flair and has a strikingly warm and natural feel. In addition to the veranda, there is an outdoor terrace and 5200 square metres of natural, usable land with old fruit trees and a garden pond. During quiet moments, hares, deer and hedgehogs come into the garden and can be observed. Here you can really feel at home and spend a pleasant time in Germany.
The village is located in the east of the district of Nordwestmecklenburg in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on the edge of the Sternberg lake district. The proximity to the cities of Wismar and Schwerin offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Cycling, hiking or relaxing on the nearby Baltic Sea, day trips to Rostock or Warnemünde are all within easy reach. In just 2 km you can reach a wonderful lake for swimming and strolling, as well as restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
