Two bedroom apartment in the city center for you and your family. We'll make your vacation cozy. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room studio, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Staying in this apartment will be comfortable and pleasant for you. The total area -72 m2. Sleeps 6 in total. 2 floor of 5-storey building without elevator, the entrance to the code lock. There are two air conditioners, washing machine, plasma TV, high-speed unlimited internet. Video surveillance. Location: To the metro station "Lev Tolstogo" - 7 minutes, to the metro station "Olimpiyskaya" - 5 minutes, to Khreschatyk Street - 6 minutes on foot, to the Sports Palace - 2 minutes. Nearby is the entertainment complex Arena City, an underground shopping complex Metrograd, Operetta Theater, the Central Synagogue, the Planetarium. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab "Ask owner". Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
