The house opens onto a living room with two large French windows towards the garden and the beach; the living room includes a dining table and a living area with two sofas. The kitchen is open, housed on a slightly raised platform that allows you to see the sea. The pantry area, which includes the refrigerator and microwave, is separate and closed, but also with windows. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and electric oven, there is no dishwasher.
Outside - the real living area of the house - in an area protected by oleanders and a pergola, there is a large table where up to 8/10 people can eat.
There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom, which faces south towards the garden, has its own bathroom with exclusive access. At the back of the house there is another bedroom with a double bed in addition to the third bedroom with two single beds. There is a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets.
Outside the house we find the third bathroom, very useful during the day for the comings and goings from the beach: a closed toilet room, an external but reserved shower and a sink.
The water is not currently supplied by the Municipality and the water from the tank is used, which is supplied as needed.
From the roof terrace you can enjoy the wonderful sunset before the sun sinks into the sea to the west. It is a simple and functional house capable of giving unique emotions. The suggestion of a sunset on the beach experienced from your personal stage, the lapping of the sea visible from the bed when you wake up. A comfortable and rational location furnished with the most precious of elements: the beautiful sea of the southernmost coast of Sicily.
