Nice and cosy villa in a beautiful and quiet rural area, very well located, within a short drive to supermarkets, the town and port of Pollença, and a wide selection of beaches.

The exterior of the house has a well-kept garden and private parking. The fairly large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. There are two covered terraces with table and chairs, as well as a bbq area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners with friends and family.

The interior of the house, nicely decorated with traditional Mediterranean touches, consists of a pleasant and bright living/dining room, with a large table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, TV and a fireplace. The charming kitchen is white furnished and the walls are decorated with small traditional tiles, which give it a very cosy atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a double bedroom, and the other two are twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower inside the house, an another one also with shower outside, just near the pool. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning, one in the living/dining room, another one in the corridor, which is shared by the two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the last one on the upstairs bedroom, which also has a terrace with beautiful views. The is also internet access (WiFi) throuhout the villa.

To sum up, in this villa, you will enjoy a lovely and relaxing holiday!

    “Nicht ansatzweise das Geld wert. Finger weg. Positiv: Für alle, die Ruhe suchen, eine super Lage. Das große Highlight des Hauses ist der Pool. 8x4 Meter groß, bis 2,00 Meter tief. Leider nur 1 Sonnenschirm, 2 wären besser. Das war´s dann auch schon. Negativ: Das Haus ist sehr alt und nicht gut instandgehalten. Durch Wände und Decken ziehen sich tiefe Risse. Man hat Angst, dass sie bald herunterfallen. Die zwei Schlafzimmer unten haben keine Klimatisierung und definitiv ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem (im Winter sicher auch Schimmel, der nur übermalt wurde). Ein Schlafzimmer hat so gerochen, dass es nicht nutzbar war. Küche ist funktional, aber auch sehr alt. Das Haus wird mit 2 Badezimmern beworben. Jedoch liegt eines davon nicht im Haus, sondern im Schuppen für den Pool. Das Grundstück ist groß, zum größten Teil aber total verwildert. Rund ums Haus ist es aber gut nutzbar. Die Gegend hat unwahrscheinlich viele Mücken. Umso unverständlicher, das es an keinem einzigen Fenster (oder Tür) einen Mückenschutz gibt. Der Fernseher ist so gut wie nicht nutzbar, da es außer ein paar Nachrichtensendern nicht mehr gibt. Für Kinder die absolute Katastrophe, wenn man nicht einen Streamingdienst abonniert oder ausreichend Tablets dabei hat.”
