The old village of Curvalle, nestled at the foot of the cliff, faces the village of Plaisance, in Aveyron, on the other side of the Rance, which here draws a nice meander. Green landscape, medium mountains, rounded ridges, forests, in the Regional Natural Park of the Grands Causses.

Lovers of the great outdoors, you can travel the valley of Tarn or Rance or the Rougier de Camarès on foot or by mountain bike, in the middle of chestnut trees. Opposite, the village of Plaisance offers all amenities, and enjoys a small animation in summer.

For lovers of old stones and heritage, nearby, Brousse- le- Château, the Abbey of Sylvanès, the Episcopal City of Albi classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the famous village of Roquefort, and hardly further the majestic viaduct of Millau.
