At the crossroads of the departments of Tarn, Aude and Haute-Garonne, in the Regional Natural Park of Haut-Languedoc, we offer you a stay in our pleasant holiday home, along the river Sant.
Located at the foot of the Black Mountain, in the village of Massaguel, near Castres and Revel, the lakes of Saint Ferréol and Lampy (water reserves feeding the Canal du Midi), the cottage is located on a plot of 1500 m² on the edge of Sant, which descends from the mountain (1st category fishing).
Numerous hiking trails (Pas du Sant, la Capelette, Chapelle de Saint-Ferréol), cycling circuit from the Rigole du lac du Lampy to the Canal du Midi (Seuil de Naurouze) fishing, mushroom picking, swimming offer varied outdoor activities.
Ground floor: living room (20m²) with corner sofa, coffee table, poufs, wood stove, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher), small adjoining laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: two connecting rooms. First a first bedroom with two single bunk beds, then the large bedroom with a double bed in 140.
Terrace with bench, table and garden chairs.
