Welcome to la Bouriette, quiet, on the heights of Bout-du-Pont-de-l'Arn, in the heart of a forest of 25 ha, with a beautiful view of the Black Mountain.
Warm old independent farmhouse, renovated, spacious on the edge of a private forest for beautiful walks on the slopes on foot or by bike (mountain bike). Down in the valley is the Passa Païs Greenway, connecting Mazamet to Bédarieux and 76km long. At 8km Mazamet (former world capital of leisure) to discover: its leather shops, the Lac des Montagnès (leisure base, swimming), the perched village of Hautpoul.
You are also just an hour’s drive from the Mediterranean beaches, via the Minervois or Saint-Chinian vineyards.
Independent cottage, with large grounds, covered terrace, barbecue.
Ground floor: entrance hall with fireplace, fully equipped independent kitchen, living/dining room (sofa bed), bedroom, bathroom with toilet, laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer) through which one accesses the floor (steep staircase). Upstairs: two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet. Oil central heating. Baby cots available.
Sheets and towels are provided, cleaning package in addition.
