A cozy vacation apartment with a terrace, barbecue and a swing for the young guests.

This cozy vacation apartment is located in a residential house on the island of Krk. It consists of two separate units that share a common terrace. They provide the ideal conditions for two families who want to spend their vacation together, but still maintain their privacy. The covered terrace is a great place for breakfast and barbecue evenings. Here you can also invest your time in your brought novel, play cards or watch the children playing.

During the summer months, the town of Krk hosts many events, such as a three-day town festival with numerous performances, literary fairs, concerts and exhibitions. In the area you will find many hidden smaller bays with crystal clear bathing water. In close proximity you will find shopping and restaurants to spend a carefree vacation in this city. Visit nearby towns such as Malinska, Punat and Njivice with sandy and pebble beaches, a seafront and delicious Mediterranean specialties and seafood. Explore many cultural events drink local wine, swim in the cool deep blue clear waters and go hiking or biking in the surroundings.

    “Alles TipTop Sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter/Eigentümer die direkt über dem Objekt wohnen. Es sind genügend Handtücher und Geschirrtücher vorhanden, alle 7 Tage werden die Betten frisch bezogen. 10Min Laufweg (Gemütlich geschlendert ) und man ist direkt in der Altstadt/Hafenpromenade.”

    “Wer ein familiengerechtes Haus sucht und womöglich noch mit einem befreundeten Pärchen gemeinsam Urlaub machen möchte, ist in diesem Haus genau richtig. Eine riesige Terrasse, von den Schlafzimmern und der Küche bzw. dem Vorraum aus begehbar, macht das Genießen des Urlaubs, auch wenn die Kinder schon schlafen, möglich, ohne im Zimmer "eingesperrt" zu sein. Es bietet genügend Platz, im Erdgeschoss sind 2 Wohnungen, getrennt begehbar, die sich eine große Terrasse gemeinsam teilen. Auch hinter dem Haus ist ein gemeinsamer Garten, in dem man grillen kann. 2 Küchen, 2 getrennte Bäder (je Wohnung).”
