Walk the Black Mountain, discover its moors and forests, and you will discover a cheerful, green, cool mountain in summer, the streams happily tumble through the valleys, the forests border the summits, the paths and paths wind to the lakes and dams. The engineers and adventurers were not mistaken: it was here that we found the sources of the Canal du Midi.
La Montagne also has a host of stories to tell: in Mazamet, Hautpoul or Durfort, it takes the time to tell you the story of textiles, wood or copper. Just a little further, discover the old stones and architectural beauties of Albi, Carcassonne, Cordes-sur-Ciel...
Independent and picturesque house not far from the house and the organic farm of the owners, at the foot of the Montagne Noire. From the terrace, make your grills with a magnificent view of the plain and the Pays de Cocagne. Bucolic walks in the middle of the woods and the moor on an area of more than 45 ha fenced and classified 'bird sanctuary'. Several relaxation areas available in the property.
- Ground floor: living room with living room and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Sofa bed 160 in the living room.
- Upstairs: two bedrooms each with two double beds 140x190cm. In one of the two bedrooms there is also a single bed.
Pool not heated, common with the owners. Dimensions: 8 x 5m with a flat bottom of a depth of 1.60m. The swimming pool is open from 15 Mai to October. Gas central heating. Free parking on site.
