Ideally located between Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, Castres is at the heart of a living area with nearly 150,000 inhabitants.
The cottage Sicardié is independent, single storey, with a large garden, at the exit of the city direction Lautrec. Kitchen open to living room, large living room with fireplace, sofa, tv, three bedrooms, shower room with a wc, one separate wc. Covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the first two rooms there is a double bed 160x200cm, in the third two double beds 140x190cm.

The town center could be reached via the greenway, the old railway linking Castres to Albi. Castres, its pastel-colored houses, suspended above the river Agout, an air of " little Venice" . A city with subtle and profound charm, which combines quality of life, cultural dynamism and economic development. The garden of the Bishopric, designed by André Le Nôtre in the pure tradition of 17th century French classicism, is composed of a bed of embroidery and majestically highlights the former Episcopal Palace which now houses the Goya Museum . Second museum of Hispanic art after the Louvre, the latter houses a unique collection of works by Spanish painters.
Historically, one of the greatest tribunes that France has known was born on the soil of Castres: Jean Jaurès. The museum of the same name retraces the historical and political history of this extraordinary man. In the center, many mansions dating from the 17th century have retained their timbering. Castres is also a stop on the way to Santiago de Compostela.
