Casa Bellavista is an exclusive villa with pool sleeping 12 in total located in Ostra, in the heart of the Marche region, just 10 minutes from the famous velvet beaches of Senigallia and it is your ideal home if you are looking for a rustic and charming accommodation. Ideal for those who want to stay in total privacy and security, in contact with nature but close to all in the comfort of the town which is only 1 km away.
From when you cross the gate to enter when (alas) you let it fade behind you, the background of your holiday is just chirping and rustling.
If you love walking and taking long walks immersed in the quiet countryside, from the house you can walk to the ancient village of Ostra which is about 1500 meters away.
The house is surrounded by a private and exclusive garden with many trees, plants and aromatic plants that fill the air with Mediterranean scents and a large private swimming pool and plenty of space to relax in the sun or in the shade. On summer evenings you can enjoy dinner outdoors in the large equipped area in front of the house.
In the surrounding countryside there are numerous places where you can buy fresh vegetables and other local produce.
The area is known for its high quality wines, such as Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, which can be purchased from nearby farms.

Velluto beach and the Rotonda a Mare are the tourist symbol of Senigallia but besides this what to do and what to see in Senigallia. Here it is! Senigallia is a splendid seaside resort in the province of Ancona, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Marche region. Since 1997 it has received the Blue Flag every year for its clean waters, the services offered to tourists and the guaranteed safety on the beaches. It has a beautiful 14-kilometre promenade at its disposal, with beaches equipped with various bathing establishments and easy to use even with strollers or people with mobility problems, thanks to the presence of walkways that lead right onto the beach.
Senigallia today is one of the most evocative seaside towns of the Marches, with a long sandy beach, made up of grains so small as to be worth the nickname "velvet beach".
Just 20 minutes by car are the famous beaches of the Riviera Del Conero such as Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana, renowned all over the world, where beach, sea and rocks come together to create a unique landscape.
Senigallia rises near the mouth of the Misa river, in a flat area surrounded by verdant hills that overlook the sea. On warm summer evenings, the seafront comes alive with many clubs that play live music and small restaurants, a stone's throw from the sea, which cook the excellent fish caught in the day from the fishing boats that go out every day and sell their products at the market that takes place every day at the Forum Annonario.
The history of tourism dates back to the early 1900s and its symbol soon became the Rotonda a Mare, inaugurated in 1933. This beautiful building underwent various destructions and reconstructions, the last one in recent years, in fact the Rotonda was reopened in the summer of 2006 with the intention of making it a privileged place for entertainment.
Senigallia is not only a beautiful seaside resort where you can spend relaxing, sun and fun holidays, but also a charming historic center with various palaces, churches and monuments that are worth seeing to fully appreciate the beauties of the city.
La Rocca is one of the most characteristic buildings to see in Senigallia, built as a defensive structure, over the centuries it saw the overlapping of different architectural styles, becoming not only a fortress but also the home of rich noble families.
Today it periodically hosts art exhibitions and cultural events.
Near the Rocca there are other buildings of a certain value: Palazzo del Duca, dating back to 1500 and strongly desired by the Della Rovere family, inside it is splendid the coffered ceiling that can be admired in the Throne Room;
Even the Foro Annonario, where the fruit, vegetable and fish market is held every day, has an architectural structure of a certain interest; designed in 1834 in neoclassical style, it is characterized by a circular portico with 24 Doric columns. Designed in 1834 by the Senigallian architect Pietro Ghinelli.
