The Gijou Valley is a small corner of France, very simple!
Trails, hiking trails nearby, in a valley surrounded by forests and rivers for fishing! A simple holiday, to go green, a place to breathe and share.
Vabre is a small village of 700 inhabitants that has kept its mountain character and its houses with granite frames. The village, located at 370m altitude, has the particularity of being on the edge of the Sidobre massif and the Lacaune Mountains.
** GITE **
Village house, adjoining the owner's home. Individual access via a small sloping lane, 200 m from village center.
Ground floor:
- Play and relax area with sofa bed for an additional 140x190cm bed, card/dice table, table football, dart board, HiFi chain with CD player or playlist on your SmartPhone.
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet,
- Access to the winter garden. This room overlooking the owner’s garden will be accessible to use the iron or extend the linen, but access to the owner’s garden will be closed.
1st Floor:
- Kitchen with dining table: microwave, Dolce Gusto filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine (no oven).
- Child or teen room with a 120x190cm bed and a desk.
- Access to the private 15m² terrace with hammock, deckchairs, round table, chairs and parasol. This terrace overlooks the owner's garden and offers an unobstructed view of the village. Access to the summer kitchen and its green space via outside stairs.
2nd Floor:
- Mezzanine bedroom with double bed 140x190cm, extra living room, TV and multimedia players. The mezzanine bedroom opens onto the kitchen/dining room.
Outside: - Summer kitchen with large table (6 people), 2 benches, armchairs, fridge with freezer compartment. In front, a small green space with barbecue, outdoor armchairs and space for deckchairs.
Parking: possibility to park 20 meters above the cottage. Otherwise a second larger parking lot is 80 meters below the cottage. Parking is free of charge.
