Experience an all-round relaxing holiday for 8+1 people in Villa Konstanca with a wonderful sea view.

This modern villa is actually divided into three floors, with the basement/ground floor not visible from the rear of the villa as it is level with the garden. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are also located here, with all other bedrooms also having the convenience of their own bathroom. Enjoy the privacy of these bedrooms with views of the sea and the green surroundings, as well as direct access to the garden. The youngest children will especially enjoy a stay in one of these rooms, as there is a swing in the garden.

An internal or external staircase takes you to the mezzanine floor, where a spacious terrace with swimming pool awaits you. Cool off from the summer heat in the pool with hydromassage or sunbathe on the sun loungers - the possibilities are endless. And al fresco dining at the end of the day at the large dining table next to the pool is also a must. The open-plan layout of the living room, kitchen and dining room are a true picture of harmonious design. Wooden details can also be found in the furnishings of the fitness room and sauna on this level. One of the direct entrances and exits is also from the gym - imagine the motivation the view of the sea provides! Afterwards, a well-deserved relaxation in the sauna is of course a must.

On the first floor you will find two beautifully and immaculately furnished en-suite bedrooms, and it is difficult to decide which of them offers more amenities. In each of them you will certainly have the opportunity to wake up with a sea view, as one has its own balcony and the other opens directly onto the upper terrace. And only the upper terrace offers you a place to enjoy with an outdoor jacuzzi, garden furniture and deckchairs. Can you think of a better place to watch the sunset with a glass of your favourite drink?

Villa Konstanca has a neighbouring villa Sara Murter. Although they were built as one building, villas Sara and Konstanca are rented out as two separate villas. Villa Sara Murter is located in the second half of the same building, on a higher level than Villa Konstanca.

Both villas are completely fenced so that the privacy of guests is assured. In case you are coming with your family or friends as a large group, it is possible to book Villa Sara and Konstanca together.luxury villa Konstanca is located in Jezera, on the beautiful island of Murter, which is part of the ibenik archipelago. Just a few steps away from the villa there is a promenade that runs along the sea all the way from Jezera to Tisno. The promenade is 2 kilometres long and ideal for morning jogs or romantic walks for two at sunset. Along the promenade you will find numerous pebble and rocky beaches surrounded by pine forests. For all lovers of active holidays, there are public sports fields for tennis, basketball and football near the villa. Bicycles are also available, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. If you want to discover the other islands of the ibenik archipelago, the numerous hidden bays and beaches, we recommend you rent a boat in the nearby marina and embark on an unforgettable adventure with your family. You can also visit the Kornati National Park, a group of islands surrounded by unspoilt nature and crystal-clear sea, and the Krka National Park with its numerous waterfalls. An unforgettable excursion is definitely a visit to the town of ibenik, known for its cathedral and numerous fortresses that offer a unique view of the town.
