The luxurious Villa Marija Klara with pool is located in almost untouched nature near the beautiful town of Labin-Rabac. The villa offers a vacation away from the everyday stress of modern life and is the ideal choice for all those who want to spend their vacation in a meditative environment that offers a harmonious relationship with nature. All the furniture in this luxurious villa with pool has been carefully selected and made from natural materials, Istrian stone and wood. Every detail has been carefully selected to give the villa's guests a warm, homely feeling, which is why soft neutral colors have been chosen for the interior, while aromatic Mediterranean plants have been planted in the garden itself. The first floor consists of a bright and spacious open plan living area with kitchen and dining area as well as a guest WC. French doors lead from the first floor to the terrace and outdoor area, where the refreshing private pool awaits you. A covered dining area and a traditional stone barbecue are also at your disposal. The two stylishly furnished bedrooms, both with a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom, are located on the second floor. Here you will also find a beautiful terrace overlooking the private pool, the ideal place to enjoy a healthy breakfast or a delicious dinner with your family. Relax in this villa, embraced by green hills and fall in love with beautiful Istria. Villa Marija Klara is located in almost untouched nature in the eastern part of Istria, where green hills meet the crystal clear sea. The villa is located in the village of Ripenda, an autochthonous Istrian village that has preserved the authentic atmosphere of rural life. The eastern part of Istria is a true paradise for all nature lovers, as there are numerous hiking and cycling trails. Although the villa is located in a small village, the town of Labin and the seaside resort of Rabac are only a few minutes' drive away.
Situated on a hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. In the town there are some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local products, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village and now a pretty seaside town with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants. You can hire a boat and explore the hidden coves along the coast, or go on a fishing trip in a fishing boat. In the evening, Rabac is a wonderful place to stroll by the sea and dine in one of the many fish restaurants with terraces by the water. Rabac is known as the 'pearl of the Kvarner Bay' due to its great ambience of a small fishing village, breathtaking bays and crystal clear water.
