Villa Moraceae is a charming villa with a private pool surrounded by a carefully tended garden. In this wonderful villa, the upper floor is closed, therefore only the first floor is rented out, making it an ideal choice for families with children or people with reduced mobility. Keeping the aforementioned in mind, the villa can accommodate a group of guests with a total of 6 people. From the exterior to the interior design, the villa exudes tranquillity with its elegant and neutral décor in earthy tones.
There are two comfortable and modern bedrooms in the villa, one of which even has its own bathroom. However, both bathrooms in this villa have underfloor heating, providing you with ultimate comfort during your stay at any time of the year. But, don't worry about the summer heat either, as this modern villa is fully air-conditioned! The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen allows you to spend time together while everyone can enjoy their personal favorite spot. If you're the master chef in the group, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and prepare a meal for your loved ones. You have plenty of options for dining together, either at the indoor dining table or outdoors. If you prefer to cook in the fresh air, the gas barbecue is always at your disposal. The rest of the group can relax on the sun loungers or swim in the pool and jump in to help you if needed. The little ones won't know which activity to choose first - the swings and slide are right behind the pool on the lawn. With the many advantages that this villa offers, everyone will find a place for themselves so that you can enjoy your vacation together, but also individually, as much as possible! The location of this villa is simply perfect: only 4 km from the first beaches and close to the city center of Pula. On the one hand, Istria is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy unspoiled nature and the charm of small, traditional and mostly medieval towns. On the other hand, the hustle and bustle of the tourist towns is only a short drive away from the villa. Pula is undoubtedly the center of Istria when it comes to culture and tradition. The city reached its peak in the Roman era, which left numerous traces, including the famous amphitheater. Pula offers numerous leisure activities such as sports facilities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, as well as organized tours, e.g. a visit to the Brijuni National Park. Like many other coastal towns, Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Thanks to its lush forests, stunning beaches and Mediterranean climate, Pula is the ideal destination for beach vacationers.
