Welcome to the Gîte "Les Graves", situated in a pretty village in the Cabardès, just 20 minutes from Carcassonne and its famous medieval town. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the nearby countryside. You'll be just 10 minutes from the charming village of Saissac and its château.

For nature lovers, there are numerous hiking trails around the gîte, as well as mountain bike trails (Base Vtt 5kms away). There are many landscapes to explore: lakes, waterfalls, mountain ranges, meadows, etc. The ideal location of the gîte will also enable you to visit all the unmissable treasures of the Aude: the Cathar castles of Lastours, the book village of Montolieu, the Canal du Midi and the Brousses paper mill.

On site, you'll appreciate the tranquillity of the village. only in july and august, the owners' shared swimming pool is at your disposal every day from 2pm to 6pm.

The gîte has 2 levels with large rooms. On the ground floor: a large living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A first bedroom with a sofa bed (160cm) and a study area, ideal for teleworking. A laundry room with a washing machine. A separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm). A separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. A third bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a dressing area and an additional single bed (90cm).

WIFI connection. Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning extra. The gîte is not suitable for animals. Non-private parking in the street around the gîte.
