The Rotmoos nature reserve with cross-country ski runs and hiking trails is on the doorstep. The Max-Wild-Arena with ski lift and downhill track can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and the forest pool in 15 minutes. The specialist clinics in Neutrauchburg are only 3km away.

The apartment on the upper floor can accommodate 4 people and consists of a separate bedroom, dining/living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
