The village is located in the immediate hinterland of the city of Imperia Porto Maurizio and is easily accessible via both the motorway and Via Aurelia. The place is surrounded by the typical hills of the Ligurian landscape and designed with the characteristics of a modern and well-kept tourist village. There are gardens in the village where you can enjoy the silence and the surrounding nature. The buildings are connected by wide avenues that can be reached on foot or by bike. In front of the property you will find the cycle/pedestrian path, which in a few minutes connects to the Riviera dei Fiori cycle path, which runs for about 30 km along the coast. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. 1 outdoor parking space free of charge, underground parking on request 8 euros per day
