The enchanting finca "Silencio" is the ideal choice for a romantic getaway on Mallorca. Nestled on a lush 2,500 m² plot, it offers breathtaking views of the Llevant hills.

This newly built villa in traditional Mallorcan style has a charming garden with seating areas perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the unique outdoor shower, reminiscent of a Roman bath, and dine on the covered terrace with sea views, complete with built-in barbecue.

From the terrace, a partially glazed door leads into the bright living room, which features colourful sofas, a desk and a pellet stove for cosy winter evenings. The functional kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, while the chic bathroom has a corner bath. The double bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe for comfort and privacy.

The friendly owners, live in a separate property on the estate and are happy to help if required. Dogs and cats also live on the property.

The romantic finca "Silencio" lives up to its name. It is situated in a very quiet location just 750 metres above the beautiful bay of Cala Agulla, which can be reached via a rural path. The town of the same name, as well as the harbour town of Cala Ratjada and the tranquil village of Capdepera can be reached in 3 minutes by car. There you can shop for your daily needs, go for a walk and enjoy the local cafés. The fine sandy beach on the west side of Cala Agulla is completely framed by a pine forest that has spread over an area of dunes. The area has been declared a "nature reserve of special value".
