Hidden behind the rather inconspicuous façade of a multi-storey building just a few hundred metres from the harbour and the harbour beach is this purist 3-bedroom apartment with street-side parking. The covered balcony to the rear of the house turns out to be a small outdoor oasis from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and the neighbourhood. There is space for a cosy outdoor sofa, two sun loungers and a dining table. Other practical features: the outdoor washbasin and best of all: the outdoor bathroom.

With its all-white design, Marieta I allows you to let your own colours shine and will delight you with the pleasant coolness of its rooms. Windows and doors let in light and air (fans and air conditioning are also available), while the interior provides a pleasant retreat from the activities outside. After a day by the sea, you can quickly switch off and not be distracted by other impressions. Three smaller bedrooms are grouped around the living/dining area. There is a choice of two double beds (1.60 x 2 m) and two single beds with single mattresses (0.90 x 2 m). Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space. There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped, bright kitchen has direct access to the balcony, so that setting and clearing the table can be done in no time at all. Equipped with a washing machine, this holiday home makes beach trips, excursions and water sports possible even if you are travelling light.

Blue hours, rosy views and anything but ordinary: the south of the island will enchant you with its colours from the Cueva Azul on Goat Island to the lagoons of Ses Salines and reveal its creative side. The former fishing village of Colònia de Sant Jordi attracts guests who love the water, want to be active or are addicted to the natural beauty of this region. The coastline is dotted with caves, bays, natural beaches and small islands, while the Cabrera marine reserve attracts divers to the rich underwater world. There is always something going on at the Platja des Port at the marina and at Platja d'es Dolç, around 2 kilometres away, which also offers safe bathing fun for families. A tapas tour offered in summer takes you to various places in the city; if you are staying right in the centre, you can ignore time and treat yourself to another glass of wine due to the shorter walk home. Centrally located, surrounded by beautiful beaches and water sports centres: Marieta I, a modern white-style penthouse flat, takes you straight to the sea! Walking to the harbour, the lighthouse, the beach, the supermarket and the already laid table couldn't be more convenient. Ses Salines, Santanyí and Portocolom are ideal for short excursions on wheels.
