Villa Cabrera offers a highly attractive double package: While a couple can enjoy plenty of privacy in the small apartment, five further double rooms in the no less attractive main house offer an equally attractive alternative to take advantage of this exceptionally exquisite location right by the sea. From the wooden planked pool terrace, you can look out over the coastal shrubs to the ships drifting peacefully on the horizon. With a length of 15 metres, the pool is ideal for swimming laps. Majestic palm and olive trees in the Mediterranean-style garden create a particularly splendid park atmosphere. You can enjoy a festive BBQ in an open-sided outdoor lounge with an outdoor kitchen area, but you can also relax on the wonderfully comfortable sofas or cosy up on the gently swaying rattan lounger. The covered terrace offers additional seating. The outdoor terrace with its thatched roof is ideal for an extensive dinner in a convivial atmosphere, as it is equipped with a large table and offers space for all visitors.

A total of 300 m² of living space ensures that you won't get in each other's way even when the house is fully occupied. Two of the five bedrooms in the main house are equipped with a bunk bed with adult-friendly dimensions, one of which has its own bathroom. The other three bedrooms, each with a double bed, share a bathroom. A cosily furnished living room with fireplace, large Smart TV and dining table offers panoramic views of the nearby coastline thanks to its large windows. In the spacious kitchen, numerous cupboards, shelves and a large fridge ensure that you can stock up on the market without any worries. The cleverly designed flat with its 50 m² allows for independent living: Warm wood tones ensure that you feel at home in this flat, consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. Thanks to the heating and air conditioning, you can enjoy pleasant temperatures all year round.

Every season has its own charm at Villa Cabrera. Whether you want to stroll through the town, dine in the original harbour restaurant Sal de Cocó in the evening or enjoy the numerous water sports and active holiday options in the surrounding area, you will certainly not be bored in Colonia de Sant Jordi. The villa is directly connected to the road network, so you are wonderfully mobile with your hire car. We also recommend hiring a bike to explore the coastal paths. White gold is still produced today in the pink-coloured lagoons of the salt marshes, the Salinas de Llevant. Be sure to discover the caves, coves, natural beaches and small islands in the Cabrera marine reserve, a mecca for divers, before returning to the villa to enjoy the sunset. Villa Cabrera, with a large main house and a flat right by the sea, promises a holiday in a class of its own: located on the southern tip of the coastal town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, you can stroll along the harbour promenade and settle down for a day by the water with a few treats on one of the nearby natural beaches: Es Trenc has cult status and is only 7 kilometres away. Platja d'es Dolç is 2 km away.
